This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for the online services provided by Arlix Food. Because our services are digital and often personalized, this policy balances fairness to you with the reality that our work begins as soon as a project is confirmed. By purchasing a service, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all online services, including online recipe development, virtual cooking guidance, digital meal planning support, online culinary content creation, kitchen organization consulting, and virtual cooking workshops. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Digital and Personalized Nature of Our Work
Many of our deliverables are custom-made for you and cannot be “returned” once created. Recipes, plans, written content, and consulting notes represent time and expertise that are consumed in their creation. For this reason, refunds are assessed based on how much work has been completed at the time of your request.
3. Live Sessions and Workshops — Cancellation and Rescheduling
For scheduled live services such as virtual cooking guidance and workshops, you may cancel or reschedule at no charge if you notify us at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours before the session may be rescheduled once at no additional cost but are not eligible for a cash refund. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the session, or failure to attend, are treated as completed sessions and are non-refundable, because the time was reserved exclusively for you.
4. Custom Deliverables — Recipes, Plans, and Content
For custom recipe development, meal planning, and content creation, you may cancel and receive a full refund only before we begin work. Once work has started, refunds are prorated to reflect the portion of the project already completed. Once the final deliverable has been sent to you, the service is considered complete and is non-refundable.
5. Consulting Services
Kitchen organization consulting is delivered as advice and written recommendations. You may cancel a scheduled consultation under the same notice terms as live sessions. Once a consultation has taken place or written recommendations have been delivered, fees are non-refundable.
6. Revisions
We want you to be satisfied with your deliverable. Where a service includes revisions, we will make the agreed number of reasonable revisions at no extra charge. Requests for revisions are not a basis for a refund, and additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur further fees.
7. Service Issues on Our Side
If we are unable to deliver a confirmed service due to circumstances on our side, we will first offer to reschedule or re-deliver the service. If we cannot do so within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the affected portion of the service.
8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
To cancel a service or request a refund, contact us using the details below and include your name, the service purchased, and the date of purchase or scheduled session. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within three (3) business days and to process approved refunds within a reasonable period, using the original payment method where possible.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and may result in suspension of access to our services.
10. No Physical Goods
Arlix Food does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical food products or goods. As a result, there are no shipping, return-of-goods, or delivery refunds; this policy relates solely to digital and online services.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
